Hi Folks, I order these meals for my Dad, and he really enjoys them. The meals are professionally prepared, nutritious and well balanced. My Dad doesn’t cook much but he manages well for breakfast and lunch and having these meals available really takes the load off me and my brother. I take comfort in knowing he has an excellent meal regularly. Thank you RNYC Meals!
We enjoyed most of the meals, but were hoping the menu would change or there would be additions in the coming weeks. We would be bored with the same selections week after week.
We love this service for busy weeks. The meals are healthy and delicious, and my 7-year-old absolutely loves them! The delivery is very convenient, and I don’t have to worry about cooking a healthy meal after a long day. It’s become my secret weapon! Highly recommend.

The RNYC meal prep service is wonderful. The meals are absolutely delicious and healthy. I haven’t tried one I didn’t like yet. They are very fresh and really helps me to fit in healthy meals during busy weeks.

The meals I picked for my delivery were great. There was only one that I probably wouldn't order again but 1 out of 10 is amazing.
