My meal order were deliver on time and because i was in late arrival at my hotel the company hold the meal for me and deliver later like asked . The quality and quantite of food was great. I share my ordered meals with my friends at hotel where the meals were delivered and they liked them also. They were concept for athletes like us with proteins carbs and not too fatty. I recommand those meals specially if you stay at one hotel without wanted spend too much money in st johns restaurants. Those meals were at very raisonnable price.

The flavours are excellent. I only wish I could divide my order between 4 oz meals for me and 6 oz meals for my husband. I also love that substitutes have been added. I would like quinoa as a substitute if you're taking suggestions.
